Escrow and Secure Payment

With the nature of the produce business, the ability to achieve trust with our new client is an absolute within our organization. For that HBproduce to the best of our knowledge is the first company that in some cases clients chose to work with escrow. We are so convinced that our import is of the best quality that payment will be release to our farms after your 12-24 hours inspecting approve the release of your funds. Doing business this way we believe is the only way to create trust and longtime relationship with our existing and new clients. Escrow service is a cash-in-advance option available to exporters and importers that reduce the potential risk of fraud. It acts as a trusted third party that collects holds and disburses funds according to exporter and importer instructions. Here’s how it works: the merchant sends the agreed purchase amount according to the contract to the escrow service. After the payment verification, the farm/grower instructed immediately to ship the goods. Upon delivery, we/merchant have 12-24 hours to inspect confirm and accept that shipment is safe and fresh according to the contract agreement. Once approved, Escrow instructed to release the fund to the farmer/grower.
